If you are 60+ years old and live in one of the communities listed below, contact your local Council on Aging/Senior Center to see if you are eligible for the NEET program.
The NEET program partners with Councils on Aging (COA) to provide no-cost, curb-to-curb, non-lift transportation services for the following 13 communities in the lower Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts.​

How NEET Transportation Works

Riders must be 60 years old and can self-transport from their home to and from vehicles.
All riders must read the Rider Guidelines and complete a NEET Registration Form
and sign and return the Rider Waiver before a ride can be scheduled.
Riders may also call their local Council on Aging for a copy of these forms.
Transportation arrangements must be made through the local Council on Aging.
When requesting assistance, you must provide complete destination details, including the address, phone number, and appointment duration.
All riders must wear seat belts, and volunteers may not drive riders to appointments that include sedation.
Transportation is not guaranteed, and NEET reserves the right to refuse any rider who does not follow the current Rider Guidelines.
